These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SynThera Health's ("SynThera," "we," "us," or "our") AI-powered clinical intelligence platform and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
SynThera provides artificial intelligence-powered clinical decision support tools designed to assist healthcare professionals in clinical documentation, diagnostic reasoning, and patient care optimization. Our Services are intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals only.

You retain ownership of your clinical data and patient information. By using our Services, you grant SynThera a limited license to process this data solely for providing our Services and improving healthcare outcomes, subject to strict privacy and security protections.
SynThera is a clinical decision support tool and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare professionals must use their clinical judgment and expertise when making patient care decisions. SynThera is not liable for any clinical decisions made by users.
While we strive for high availability, our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Users should maintain backup clinical documentation processes.
AI recommendations are based on available data and statistical models. Results may vary and should always be validated through clinical assessment. We continuously improve our models but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all clinical scenarios.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynThera's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
SynThera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services, but we will retain data as required by law and our data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
International Users: Users outside the United States acknowledge that their use of SynThera Services is subject to U.S. law and healthcare regulations, including export control laws.
